All packages are fully all-inclusive. Your price covers the candles themselves (mixed sizing from 6″ to 40″), custom design consultation, full professional setup and staging at your venue, post-event cleanup and teardown, and travel within the immediate Los Angeles area. There are no hidden fees or surprise add-ons.
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for standard events, and 2–3 months ahead for weddings, especially during peak season (April–October). Popular dates fill up quickly — if you have a date in mind, reach out as soon as possible to hold it.
Our standard packages include travel within the immediate Los Angeles area at no extra charge. For events further out — such as Santa Barbara, Palm Springs, or San Diego — we can often accommodate with a travel fee. Contact us with your event location and we'll give you a custom quote.
Absolutely. Mixed arrangements are one of our most popular requests. For example, a predominantly white setup with a touch of dusty rose or lavender adds gorgeous dimension. If you'd like a mixed arrangement, just mention it when you request your quote and we'll walk you through the options and any pricing adjustments.
Our current color palette includes desert sand, dusty rose, baby blue, lavender, and black — with additional colors available depending on availability. If you have a specific color in mind for your theme, reach out and we'll let you know what we can do.
Yes. Our premium granulated sand wax candles are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. They burn cleanly and safely. That said, we always work with your venue coordinator to ensure placement follows any venue-specific fire safety guidelines.
Our team arrives ahead of your event to handle the full setup — candle placement, sizing arrangement, and staging. After your event ends, we return to collect everything and leave the venue exactly as we found it. You don't lift a finger.
